QUALITY & PREPARATION

Export-ready preparation — done in a controlled hub

What happens on-site

Headstone Cars operates from approx. 7,000 sq ft of commercial space with secure capacity for ~50 vehicles. The site is dedicated to motor-trade activity:

  • intake checks

  • inspection / condition confirmation (scope agreed)

  • valeting and presentation

  • secure storage

  • dispatch coordination

Quality approach

We focus on reducing friction for overseas buyers by ensuring vehicles are:

  • sourced from recognised supply channels

  • prepared consistently

  • dispatched with clear handover and documentation

Third-party inspections

Where requested, we can facilitate independent inspections or remote video walkarounds via the appointed third party.

LOGISTICS & SHIPPING

Export logistics coordination

We coordinate with reputable logistics partners and your appointed shipper/agent to arrange:

  • collection from supply source (where agreed)

  • secure storage until ship date

  • release protocols and handover to shipper

  • shipping method alignment (RoRo vs container)

Important disclaimer

Customs clearance and import compliance are destination-specific. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the overseas buyer/agent remains responsible for destination clearance, duties, taxes, and registration.
